To under take job, of preparation , printing and publication of study material, notes books, journals and articles in print and digital form ,offline and online and to help the Individuals and groups in doing this activity for the benefit of commerce students of Delhi University in particular and all others in general.

• To promote education, research, training and professional development in the field of commerce and management education through notes, study material lectures, through on line education by setting up website to develop ( Virtual Commerce Education ) and using other digital media to achieve these objectives.
• To liaise and co-ordinate with official and non-official bodies with a view to achieving a better quality of Commerce education for all students in all sections of society and particularly for students of Delhi University.
• To liaise and in co-operation and in collaboration with other groups, societies, institutions etc. at national and international level and to send delegations to local, national and International conferences and Seminars in India and abroad in pursuit of all or any of these purposes.
• To provide guidance, counseling and training, to students seeking admission in various courses arranged by various Govt. / Non. Govt. National / International Institutes of learning in India and abroad.
• To work as resource groups for others i.e. individuals as well as groups, Govt. agencies to provide knowledge, training expertise in the various field, of education with special emphasis on commerce and Management education .
• To prepare research projects, undertake studies, feasibility reports make. Appraisals and conduct training programs to achieve its objects.
• To help the Individuals, groups, in Identification of suitable personnel, to do placement services and also to help in the field of self employment, including project appraisal and financing.
• To issues appeals and applications for raising money, funds, and to accept gifts, donations, subscriptions in cash and kind in furtherance of these purposes.
• The Management of the affairs of the project/group will be entrusted to Governing council in accordance with rules and regulations of the parent society /Trust Ayurgyan Sardana Foundation ( Regd )
